The enquiry form collects the inquiry type, your name, work email, company, and your requirement or deployment summary. Hardware enquiries may also include the application, package constraints, critical requirements, expected quantity band, and timing.
Mekai Labs uses this information to review the requirement and reply. Drawings are not uploaded through this website.
Form processing
Form delivery.
When the online form is configured, Formspree processes and retains the submission and routes it to [email protected]. The submission also remains available in the Formspree dashboard.
If drawings are needed, Mekai Labs will ask for them by email.
Optional analytics
Analytics requires consent.
If allowed, Clarity records page views, navigation, device and browser details, and selected non-personal events. It does not load before consent.
The complete enquiry form and all of its inputs, validation messages, and success state are masked from Clarity. Mekai Labs does not send names, email addresses, company names, requirement text, drawing names, customer names, site names, or other free-text form content as analytics events.
